Collect bits, kill enemies, get to da portal and don't die!

Character select screen is high on the list to be redone.  Every player must get to 'Ready' status then press Enter or Start to start a level.   Also, shoot to spawn.

Arrow Keys or WASD - Move

X or Space Bar - Shoot/Ready

Z or Shift - Sprint

Escape - Back

F - Fullscreen

***Controllers Highly Recommended***
The game should auto detect controllers and it is playable up to 4 players local co-op with Keyboard + 3 controllers or 4 controllers.
